On the same farm as the old hen house (see here), one of the outbuildings will be renovated as a relaxing place for overnight stays complete with a sauna. The farm owners rent out a barn for wedding parties. The restroom needs of the wedding guests can be met by them having access to the toilet facilities just across the small courtyard in this newly renovated outbuilding.
Around the courtyard is a well-preserved old farm environment with the main farmhouse building left exactly as it was when it was vacated in the first half of the 20th century. The farmer and his wife abandoned the farmhouse at that time and built a new lavish residence adjacent to the old farm and this is where today’s owners of the farm property live. Gislöv is a picturesque village located in the southeastern part of Sweden in an area known as Österlen – one of Sweden’s most attractive tourist destinations.
